June Favourites

So my very first blog post on this! Since June has just passed I have decided to blog about my favourite products of the month. It literally feels like I’ve just blinked and June is over, how scary? So here is my June Favourites…

1.So Sue Complete Contour Palette

I was holding off on buying this product for quite a while, even when I was up at the beauty show in February I was questioning myself is it worth the money as it costs €29.95, I played around with it for a few minutes at the show and came to an end that I would leave this palette behind me and I’m shocked I didn’t realise then how good this product actually is! I then received this product as a present and wow the pigment in this product is ridiculous, its amazing! It is ideal for traveling as you have your cream contour and highlight but also you have two powders, shade three for setting your highlight or using it as an all over powder for your face and shade six for either a light bronze or to deepen your contour. It also comes with a guide, how handy?

2. Yash Lipstick – Mac

So after seeing a fellow Waterford girl on snapchat go on about this lipstick I just had to get it! Niamh Cleary who is an amazing self taught MUA raves about this lipstick all the time and I just had to get my hands on it, like who doesnt love a good nude lippie? This lipstick is a matte lipstick, but doesnt feel too drying on the lips! It costs €20.00 and can be purchased at any MAC counter

3. Penneys Brown Lipliner

So since I purchased the ‘Yash’ lipstick I just needed a new lipliner to go with it and for only €1.50 how could I leave this behind, right? The brown lipliner from Penneys every girls makeup bag needs!

4. Warm Soul Mineralize Blush – MAC

Im not a blush girl at all, I prefer full coverage foundation with bronzer, some contour and a strong highlight. So seen as I have very limited blushers I decided to invest in this product. This blusher is perfect for girls like me who are not a fan of blush! When applied to the skin it creates a sheer and lightweight appearance but you can also build the colour up by applying more! It retails at €28 and can be purchased online at Brown Thomas or at any MAC counter

5. Vaseline Spray & Go Cocoa Radiant

First of all, the smell alone its divine! After coming home from a week in Spain, lying out, soaking up the sun each day your skin gets dehydrated so its important to moisturise. I started peeling on my thighs when I came home and by applying some of this moisturiser it stopped! Its quick and easily absored into your skin which is a plus as some moisturisers can be felt on the skin and takes forever to soak in! This product can be purchase at most supermarkets, chemists, etc.. I usually get mine in Boots and it costs roughly around €8
